Every ring at SEV/K Jewelry is bespoke, therefore we do not re-size pre-made rings, which ensures each ring we craft is of the highest quality. While nothing is more accurate than having a professional to measure your ring size, there are tools to assist in determining the exact size.

If you are not able to be sized by a professional jeweler, we can send you free ring sizer to help you determine the appropriate ring size.

Here are some tips to make your ring size measurement more accurate:

• Pull tightly. The sizer must fit snugly but comfortable to remove.

• Don't measure cold fingers. This is when fingers may be up to half a size smaller.

• For the most accurate reading measure your finger at the end of the day when it is largest.

Please note: while both the physical and printable ring sizers are great tools, nothing is more accurate than getting sized by a professional jeweler. Please take into consideration the bandwidth of the ring you are purchasing as ring size can vary based on accompanying band width.

SEV/K Jewelry provides complimentary re-sizing within 60 days of purchase for most engagement rings and wedding bands within the recommended sizing range.

Some of the styles cannot be resized due to their design or metal features.

Ring sizes

Women's

Women’s rings typically range from size 3 to 9. The most commonly purchased women’s ring sizes range from size 5 to 7. Size 6 is the most popular one.

Men's

Men’s rings typically range from size 8 to 14. The most commonly purchased men’s ring sizes range from size 8 to 10.5. Size 9 is the most popular ring size.

Necklaces

"The Choker” or High Neck.

A classical length 35-42 cm (14-16inches) lies above the line of the clavicles, almost under the throat.

"Princess".

A medium length 42-47 cm (16-19inches) lies below the line of the clavicles.

"Matine".

In translation means "morning reception". A string of pearls 50-60 cm (20-24inches) in length. 


"Opera".

A string of pearls 70-90 cm (28-35inches) long. It can be worn as a single strand with high necklaces or doubled to create a fashionable two-strand choker.

“Rope”

A pearl rope is 36 inches or longer. It can be made with several clasps, enabling it to be broken down into different necklace and bracelet combinations, or doubled and even tripled to create a stunning multi-strand pearl choker.

Bracelets

Bracelets measure an average 18 cm (7-inches). We are able to shorten most bracelets for the perfect fit, but lengthening can be more difficult. Lengthening bracelets depends on the construction of the links, and may require us to make a new bracelet. Please contact us to find out more about our alteration service.
