SEV/K Jewelry offers the following shipping services:

UPS Next Day Air - $60 Shipping and Handling (Domestic only within U.S.)

UPS Second Day Air - $45 Shipping and Handling (Domestic only within U.S.)

UPS Ground - $40 Shipping and Handling (Domestic only within U.S.)

International - $120 Shipping and Handling (Rest of the World). All shipping, customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please e-mail us for more information.

Every jewelry item is being insured with the shipping carrier to avoid any risks. Order and shipping confirmation emails will note whether a signature is required at the time of delivery. If you need to make changes to your shipping information, please follow the instructions in your shipping confirmation email.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO, and Freight Forwarders

Currently, we do not allow shipments to P.O. Boxes. Billing addresses may contain P.O. Boxes. We also do not allow shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

All customers are able to track their orders on the carrier website using the tracking number provided via email. You may also request information via email or phone. Please provide the order confirmation number so we can respond more quickly and accurately.

Order Updates

We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship, to the email address you provided when ordering.

+ RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For a full refund, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours of receipt will allow for exchange only. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. Altered products and special orders cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged.

Please Note: All international orders are final sale. All custom orders and special orders placed on sevkjewelry.com are final sale. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receipt.

If you wish to make a return, please email contact@sevkjewelry.com and title the subject of your email “RETURN,” followed by the order number. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging pick up for all returns. Once the return is inspected, the customer will receive a full refund to the original form of payment less the return shipping fees.

If you wish to make an exchange, please email contact@sevkjewelry.com and title the subject of your email “EXCHANGE,” followed by the order number. We are pleased to assist you with your exchange or offer you store credit. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging pick up for all exchange pieces.

All made to order items, personalized items, including custom and engravable pieces are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged at any time.

We accept the following forms of payments for orders placed on sevkjewelry.com: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay and Paypal.

For your convenience, your credit card information can be stored in your sevkjewelry.com account. This is secure information and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the account holder.

For more information, see our PRIVACY POLICY. For added security, your billing address at sevkjewelry.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.

GIFT PACKAGING

Every design purchased at SEV/K Jewelry will arrive in a complimentary gift box with signature brand packaging. A certificate of authenticity and polishing cloths are enclosed.

A gift from SEV/K Jewelry is always treasured and special. Whether it’s for a loved one or just for you, our dedicated Customer Care specialists are available to help you find or custom design the ideal gift.

+ ENGAGEMENTS AND WEDDING

As each diamond or gemstone is unique and has its own precise gemological characteristics, pricing will vary. Price is based on color, clarity, center stone shape, and carat weight and is subject to change and availability. A broader selection of carat weights is available. Our wedding concierge will be pleased to work within your budget to find the perfect engagement ring for you or your loved one.

+ REPAIR SERVICES

We want you to enjoy your designs for years to come. Should your piece ever need servicing, you can entrust our specialists with repairing it to preserve its beauty and longevity. Simply bring your item to our showroom or mail your item to us.

Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate the item. The evaluation may take one to two weeks after which, we will contact you to discuss any service fees. We take “time owned” as well as “condition received” into consideration when evaluating a piece.
